CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER | INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAR

Walter has an extensive background investing in capital markets and making investments across myriad asset classes. He is a well traveled International Financiar and  a calculating global risk taker. His extensive background ranges from starting companies and stoking the fire, to raising large amounts of capital to also developing and managing various complicated real estate transactions.  He also has a strong entrepreneurial background having started myriad companies playing key roles  in each of them since 1994.  Walter is a sought after expert International Financiar and VC/PE veteran. He has invested in may companies and learned from his failures and never forgets to enjoy the spoils of his successes - and his clients of course. He has consulted, participated, and secured capital for projects with a contributed value of over a billion dollars.  Walter has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University.  He also received an Entrepreneurial Specialization from the Wharton School of Business. He has worked for two NYSE and FINRA companies in the 1990's and has been leading the way as a recognized International Deal Maker and principal of Dream Start Capital Investments.  He is a proud father and an avid world traveler who enjoys great food and overcoming complex tasks. Walter always fights to the end for his clients.
